The following conditions are applicable to all reservations made. Acceptation of a reservation shall imply acceptation of these general terms. Apartments reserves the right to modify the conditions at any time, without prejudice to any rights acquired previously.

 Prices

The prices of the apartments are depends from the season, High, Middle or Low, and based per nights and number of people. Also, a big double apartment has an elevated price. The minimum stay is usually 3 nights. The table of the Prices is showed at the page View Each, below the photos.

 Payment

The client pays 25% by PayPal, and 75% of the amount to pay in cash Euros on the arrival day. Detailed information about payment we send you after your agree to book the apartment.

 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking sending us an email.
If the cancelation is made more than 10 days before your arrival date: 100% of the pre-payment is returnable.
Less than 10 days before: pre-payment is returnable if this apartment will be rented for these dates from another person. .

 Apartments rules

 It is important to keep in mind the following rules of conduct:

 Noise

  •  It is very important to respect the noise level (of people, music) after 9pm at night.
  •  Parties are strictly not allowed.
  •  Do not make noise on the apartment balcony (please respect neighbours' rest).
 Security
  •  Always close the door to the street. Be ensure after entering or leaving that the door remains securely closed.
  •  Do not open the door to commercial mail.
  •  Ensure you securely close the balcony door / windows every time you leave the apartment and during the night.
 Trash
  •  The trash should be left in closed plastic bags in the street grey containers on each crossroad.
 Smoke
  •  Smoke in the apartment is not permitted. You can use the balconies as smoking areas, and please dispose of the cigarette butts in a bin.
 Lights and Air Conditioning
  •  Turn off the air-conditioning and lights if you leave the apartment and use responsibly only when needed, to help preserve the environment.
 Behaviour
  •  The client is obliged to employ the apartment only for the purpose for which it is intended.
  •  Any hard damage to the apartment shall be charged on the client's damage deposit.
  • The client has a duty to behave in a civic manner and to respect the normal co-existence rules. In the case that these general co-existence rules are not kept, the Apartments owner has the right to demand that the guests vacate the apartment immediately.
  • No pets allowed

  Maid services

  • On the arrival day the apartment shall be cleaned with fresh towels and bed linen provided.
  • On the exit day the client shall leave the apartment in a reasonable condition with all rubbish taken out.

  Towels and linen

  • Fresh towels and linen will be provided on the arrival day. A hand towel and bath towel will be provided for each person staying in the apartment. 
  • An additional linen and blanket for a separate sleeping is upon request.
  • The linen for cots is upon request.

  Guests identity

  • On the arrival day a contract must be filled and signed including information related to the guests staying in the apartment.

The apartment includes the following amenities and services:  

  • A comfortable living room / dining area with TV, DVD, WiFi internet 
  • King size double bed
  • A fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, vitroceramic hobs, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, teamaker, toaster, jucer)
  • Washing machine, dress dryer
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Hairdryer
  • Air conditioning
  • Sofa bed

Damage deposits

On the arrival day Apartments has the right to ask the client for a 200 euros damage deposit. Any damage to the apartment caused by the client will be discounted from the damage cash deposit. If this amount does not cover the damage caused, the client will be obliged to pay the difference. The deposit will be refundable on the exit day in the case that there is no damage. In the case that no cash damage deposit has been taken on the arrival the credit card used for the reservation process will be used to guarantee any damage caused.
